Privacy 

We respect the privacy of your personal information. account information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless expressed consent Is given by the account holder.

Payments 

All prices and transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept online payments via Credit Card PayPal Payments. 

Shipping 

Items purchased are delivered via Canada Post (nation-wide 1-7 business days) or a major third party shipping service (e.g. Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, etc.) We strive to ship your purchase within two business days. Standard packages will not have tracking numbers. We will contact you with the tracking information once the package is handed over to Canada Post or third-party shipper. Whenever possible, local orders will be hand delivered by a local courier service or a member of the Moon Mama team. 

US customers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $15. If it is going to post more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order. 

Exchanges & Returns 

Due to hygienic reasons Moon Mama underwear can not be returned or exchanged.
